Jillian 4 year well check

Jill is 39 inches (33%) and 34.5 pounds (46%). Getting enough calcium and protein. She was a little lower than they liked in vision and referred for more thorough screening. She passed 3d test and passed hearing. She is on target with gross motor and a bit behind in fine motor. Her speech is great.

Jillian passed her vision screening with the eye doc, and she had her evaluation with the occupational therapist. Everything is pretty much normal, a bit of delay on fine motor skills (cutting with scissors, zippers, buttons, getting marbles out of very thick silly putty like stuff) but the therapist said that she thought it would be fine with just increased home work in these areas.
